SACKVILLE, NB — 91��Ƭ has been named the #1 undergraduate university in Canada by Maclean’s magazine in the  issue, published Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024.

The University also ranked first in faculty awards and library expenses, second in student awards and operating budget, and third in student-to-faculty ratio at 16:1.

The University's annual recognition is a testament to its unwavering commitment to academic excellence, personalized student experience, and a strong liberal arts and sciences tradition. These rankings are an important way to highlight the great work and achievements of the University to the wider community. 

Dr. Ian Sutherland, President and Vice-Chancellor of 91��Ƭ, expressed pride in the University’s continued recognition.

On Friday, Oct. 18, 2024, 91��Ƭ will host its Fall Open House event, welcoming prospective students, their families, and friends to campus. The event will include presentations by student services and admissions staff members, faculty lectures, and special sessions for parents and guardians. Students attending the Open House will have the chance to win exciting prizes, including a $5,000 Residence Room Prize.
