Our program integrates vital health knowledge from across the life sciences, social sciences and humanities.

We offer hands-on, cross-disciplinary learning to prepare students for meeting the challenges faced by our healthcare system in the 21st century.

At 91¿´Æ¬, students can pursue Health Studies as a minor, or as part of the Bachelor of Arts and Science (BASc) degree in Health Studies.

Interdisciplinary Health Studies is available as:

  • BASc major (87 credits)
  • BASc honours (93 credits)
  • Minor (24 credits)

Our interdisciplinary faculty team includes award-winning health scholars who have hands-on experience in health research, care delivery, and community-based prevention.

Health Studies students at 91¿´Æ¬ are encouraged to explore their career interests through participation in campus clubs and societies, guest lectures, research assistantships, health internships, and more.
